Things you should know about buying our phones
The discount price of a handset is subject to the activation of a new SIM card with a program of services - i.e. a tariff (see the table) and the consequent proper usage of this tariff by the customer (i.e. You have to fulfil all the obligations resulting from the subscriber contract - General Terms and Conditions) for a period of at least 6 months from the date of the SIM card activation. If you fail to meet the conditions Vodafone Czech Republic will be entitled to charge the difference between the discount price and the usual handset price.
The SIM card that customer purchases with a cut-price handset as part of the offer can only be registered under a written contract six months after the purchase/order of the handset and by fulfilling the conditions of the special offer.
Customers purchasing 3 or more (5 or more if you are a business) handsets during 12 months will be required to pay an increased calling deposit for 5th + activated tariffs, in accordance with the valid price list (available at all sales locations and on our pricing archive - which is available only in Czech). This condition is effective from 1 September 2004.
